Official Rules

1. Sponsor and promotion

The "$1,000 Wraith Bounty" (the "Promotion") is sponsored and operated by THUNDERBIRD SERVICES, LLC, operator of the Zombie Land Rust community and the website ZombieLand.io (the "Sponsor," "we," "us," or "Zombie Land"). The Promotion is a skill-based challenge. It is not a lottery, raffle, or game of chance, and no purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

2. Eligibility

• You (the applying creator) must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. This requirement applies to the applicant only, not to your teammates.
• You must be a content creator who, on recent Rust content, meets at least one of the following thresholds: (a) Twitch: an average of 100 or more concurrent viewers in the Rust category over your last 10 streams (raids and embeds excluded); (b) Kick: an average of 150 or more concurrent viewers streaming Rust over your last 10 streams; or (c) YouTube: a median of 15,000 or more views on your recent long-form Rust videos (Shorts excluded). The Sponsor verifies these figures and may account for audience engagement and region; inflated, botted, or misrepresented numbers are grounds for denial.
• The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Employees, staff, administrators, and moderators of Zombie Land and THUNDERBIRD SERVICES, LLC, and their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible to win the prize.
• You must have a Steam account in good standing and be able to play on the official Zombie Land servers in accordance with the General Rules and all server policies.

3. Entry period

The Promotion begins on the date it is publicly announced and continues until the prize is awarded, or until the Sponsor ends or suspends the Promotion, whichever happens first. The Sponsor may modify, pause, extend, or end the Promotion at any time for any reason, including if no qualifying kill has occurred. Any change will be posted on this website.

4. How to enter

• Submit the application at ZombieLand.io/bounty/apply with your creator name, channel links, primary platform, average viewers or views, SteamID64, Discord tag, and proposed team size or roster.
• Your entry is not complete until the Sponsor reviews it and notifies you that you are approved. You must be approved before your qualifying attempt for a kill to count. You are welcome to start playing on the server beforehand to get a head start on levels, gear, and prep - but doing so does not guarantee approval, and any Wraith kill before approval will not qualify. After approval, the server owner will be in touch to go over the details with you and answer any questions.
• The Sponsor may request additional verification of your identity, channel ownership, and audience statistics at any time. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for disqualification.
• Approval confirms your eligibility to attempt the challenge. It is not a guarantee of any prize.

5. The challenge

• The challenge is to defeat the Wraith World Boss on an official Zombie Land Rust server.
• MMR requirement: the kill only counts if the Wraith is fought at 1,000 MMR or higher (the boss's default baseline). Kills against a deranked or reduced-difficulty boss state do not qualify.
• Unlimited attempts: you may take on the Wraith as many times as you like; there is no cap. Losing a fight lowers your MMR, but MMR is regained far faster than it is lost, so a rough run does not put the bounty out of reach - keep at it.
• Proof: the run and the kill must be fully streamed live or recorded, and you must be able to provide complete, unedited VOD or video proof on request. Showing as much of the buildup, prep, and grind leading to the fight as possible is strongly preferred; a single long video telling the full story is acceptable.
• The kill must be legitimately achieved through normal gameplay, without cheats, exploits, third-party software, or any violation of server rules or the game's terms.

6. Team and assistance

• You may bring your own external squad or friends of any size. Your teammates do not need to meet the creator thresholds.
• No outside Wraith experience in your fight. Anyone who has taken part in a Wraith fight before - on any team other than your own attempts for this bounty - may not join, team with you, or otherwise help in your Wraith fight. You cannot bring in a seasoned Wraith fighter to carry you; your team has to beat it on its own.
• General game knowledge and tips from other players are permitted, as is trading or gifting from other players. The distinction is simple: help preparing is fine; help winning the fight itself is not.
• The Sponsor is the sole judge of whether assistance crossed the line, and may disqualify any run that relied on prohibited assistance.

7. Creator obligations

• You must clearly display the exact server name (for example, "Zombie Land 3x PVE | Raids | Skills | Events | Custom Maps," or the 1x Legacy server) and the website link ZombieLand.io in your video title or description, or on an on-stream overlay. Logos and graphics can be provided by Zombie Land on request. This is the minimum expectation.
• Where your platform supports it, you are encouraged to run automated chat bot commands such as !server, !ip, and !bounty.
• You must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of every platform you stream or publish on.

8. Winner determination

• The prize goes to the first approved entrant or team to secure a verified qualifying kill, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If more than one qualifying kill is claimed close together, the winner is the one with the earliest server-logged kill at 1,000 MMR or higher.
• The Sponsor verifies every claim against server logs, the required proof, and these rules. The Sponsor's determinations on eligibility, verification, and the winner are final and binding.

9. Prize and payment

• The prize is a one-time cash payment of one thousand United States dollars (US $1,000), paid by PayPal or Zelle at the Sponsor's option. There is one prize for the Promotion.
• The prize is awarded to the applying creator. If a team wins, the applying creator is solely responsible for dividing the prize among teammates as they see fit; the Sponsor's obligation is satisfied by paying the applying creator.
• To receive the prize, the winner must, within 14 days of being notified, provide valid payment details and any information reasonably required to pay the prize and meet the Sponsor's tax and record-keeping obligations, and sign the declaration, publicity, and liability release described in these rules. If a winner cannot be verified, declines the prize, fails to respond within the time given, or is disqualified, the Sponsor may select the next qualifying entrant or leave the prize unawarded.
• Publication of your content is required before payment. The prize is paid only after your qualifying content is published and publicly viewable. Streamers must keep the qualifying stream VOD publicly available for as long as the platform retains it and must not delete it early. Content creators must publish their long-form video publicly and keep it up for at least 12 months. Removing the required content early may forfeit the prize or require its return.
• The prize is not transferable and no substitution is offered.
• Referral reward: if the winning creator names, on their application, the Zombie Land player who referred them to the bounty, that player receives an additional US $250, paid at the same time as the prize. To qualify, the referrer must have been a Zombie Land player with at least 20 hours of lifetime playtime on our servers before this Promotion was announced. Every applicant is asked how they heard about the bounty and given name and link fields for this on the application form, so there is no need to pressure any creator to add a referrer. There is one referral reward, tied to the winning entry.

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all taxes on the prize. Depending on the winner's country and local law, the prize may be taxable income. For winners subject to United States tax, the Sponsor may be required to collect a completed Form W-9 (or the appropriate form) and to report the prize (for example, on a Form 1099) where the total reaches the applicable reporting threshold. The Sponsor may withhold the prize until any required tax forms are provided. Nothing here is tax advice; consult your own tax advisor.

11. Integrity and disqualification

The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant or void any claim, at its sole discretion, for cheating, exploiting, use of prohibited third-party tools, prohibited assistance, misrepresentation of identity or statistics, harassment, violation of server rules or platform terms, or any attempt to tamper with or undermine the fair operation of the Promotion. Attempting to defraud or abuse the Promotion may result in a permanent ban from Zombie Land.

12. Publicity and content

By entering, you grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your creator name, likeness as shown in submitted content, channel names, and clips or screenshots of your qualifying run and its announcement, for the purpose of operating, promoting, and reporting on the Promotion and the Zombie Land community, across the website and social channels, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. You retain ownership of your own streams and videos. If you are announced as the winner, you agree to reasonable participation in the announcement.

13. Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering you release and hold harmless the Sponsor, THUNDERBIRD SERVICES, LLC, and their owners, staff, and volunteers from any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. The Promotion and the Zombie Land servers are provided "as is." The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, server downtime, data loss, lost or delayed submissions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that affect the Promotion.

14. Privacy

Information you submit (including your SteamID, Discord tag, channel links, and stats) is used only to operate the Promotion: to verify eligibility, contact you, observe and verify runs, and award the prize. It is stored privately and is not sold. Approved creators' public channel links and creator name may be shown on the campaign page and, while you are live on a Zombie Land server, in the live creators feed. 15. Platform disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Google, Facepunch Studios, or the makers of Rust. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

16. General conditions

• The Sponsor may amend these Official Rules at any time; the current version posted here governs. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
• If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
• The Promotion is governed by the laws of the state in which the Sponsor is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, to the extent permitted by law.
• The Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
