The stigma we are here to break
Not on Zombie Land.
The whole community says it: PvE servers are for players who cannot handle "real" Rust. Most PvE servers earned that reputation with dialed-down difficulty and everything handed to them with little to no effort, or through pay-to-win perks not available to anyone unwilling to pay.
Zombie Land is different. We are one of the longest running PvE servers in Rust, and we have kept it brutal since day one instead of caving to easy mode. The Wraith is the proof: it will provide far more of a challenge than any 12-year-old offline-raiding you while you are at work.
So here is the dare:
bring your squad, bring your viewers, and see if you can beat it.
Who can enter
Straight talk: we are giving away $1,000 because the right creator puts Zombie Land in front of an audience. That trade only makes sense with creators who genuinely have that reach, so there is a bar to clear. If your recent Rust numbers are below it, this is not the right fit yet and applying will not change the outcome. Clear one of these and you qualify to apply:

The same PvP raid content gets old. The Wraith does not. It is a genuine boss encounter with an MMR ladder, stages, and a body count, and your viewers will stay glued because something that exists nowhere else in Rust is handing you and your team the challenge of a lifetime.

The run
How it works
Apply and get approved
Send your channels and stats. Staff verify you meet the creator thresholds and approve you. From there our server owner reaches out personally to discuss the details and answer any questions you have.
Capture the whole run
Jump on an official Zombie Land server and take on the wipe: build up, gear your team, grind toward the Wraith - live across your streams, or in a long-form video. The road to the fight is the story, so show as much of it as you can.
Take on the Wraith
Face the Wraith at 1,000 MMR (his default baseline) or higher, and include it in your streams or video. You may need more than one attempt. Staff will be invisible observers in case any issues arise.
First verified kill wins $1,000
The first approved team to secure a clean, verified kill takes the bounty, paid by PayPal or Zelle.
The fine print, in plain English
Rules that keep it fair
1,000 MMR minimum
The kill only counts if the Wraith is fought at 1,000 MMR or higher. No farming a deranked, weakened boss.
Show the whole story
We want the whole arc, not just the boss: the wipe, the prep, the grind and the fight. A blockbuster does not open on the final battle. Capture it live across your streams or in a long-form video, with the kill clearly on camera. Server administration watches as invisible observers.
Your team only for the fight
Nobody who has fought the Wraith before may join or help in your fight, aside from your own team's attempts. General tips and trading or gifting from other players is allowed.
Credit the server
Clearly show the exact server name and ZombieLand.io in your video title or description, or on an on-stream overlay. Logos and graphics available on request.
